Introduction

International Drive is home to over 20,000 hotel rooms and a list of the world’s most visited tourist attractions. You can find everything from Disney World to SeaWorld and Universal Studios all within minutes of each other. Here, you will find so many options for food that you could easily spend an entire day eating your way through International Drive.

When we travel, however, we like to look for unique experiences which are different from what we would get in our home town, so here are our favorite restaurants on iDrive:

Senor Frogs

If you’re looking for some great food, a good time, and the chance to play some games with your friends then Senor Frogs is the place to go. Located on International Drive, this restaurant is known for its delicious food and fun atmosphere.

The hours at Senor Frogs are: Sunday through Thursday 11am-2am and Friday & Saturday 11am-3am. Who doesn’t want chips and salsa at 3am?

What you should order here is one of their many delicious appetizers including nachos with beans or guacamole, chips & salsa, and chicken quesadillas. Also, they have amazing meals like fajitas with chicken or beef served with rice/beans/salad bar.

If you’re feeling adventurous try something like frog legs! Tip – if there are children in your group ask about their kids menu because there is nothing worse than bringing kids out for dinner only to disappoint them by not being able to find any options that meet their needs!

We noticed, while we were there, that there were various platter options available. If still available, these could be an affordable way to feed your entire family!

World’s Largest Entertainment McDonalds

The World’s Largest Entertainment McDonald’s is a must-see for anyone visiting the Orlando area. This is not your typical McDonald’s, however, it’s more like a giant playland for kids and adults alike. It has an arcade, laser tag arena and mini golf course on top of all the regular McDonald’s food options. This restaurant also hosts birthday parties for groups up to 30 people!

While the menu carries the full list of staple McDonald’s items. There is also a wide variety of unique items as well—including a full menu of pizza, pasta, and specialty desserts, like cheesecake!

Hash House A Go Go

Hash House A Go Go is a unique Mis-western style restaurant that specializes in in “farm food with a twist.” The food menu is large, and they have everything from breakfast to dinner to lunch items.

Be sure to arrive hungry, because you are going to receive a giant plate of delicious food here. They are especially known for their chicken and waffles, breakfast skillets, meatloaf plate and the hot chicken sandwich. This place won’t disappoint you, we promise!

Pirate Dinner Adventure

It should come as no surprise that the main attraction at this pirate-themed dinner venue is the live pirate show, which has been going on since 1979. The food, on the other hand, is just okay, but if you’re looking for a unique dinner experience, then this is definitely the place for you! At what other restaurant would you be able to enjoy your dinner while watching swashbuckling madness ensue before your very eyes! You’ll certainly be entertained as the pirates before you swing across the room, and perform various other great acrobatic feats. The climax of the show is when the great leviathan springs to life! Will the pirates defeat him? You’ll never know if you don’t go!

If you’re looking for a great place to enjoy yourself with friends and family while in the Orlando area, then Pirate Dinner Adventure is definitely for you because it’s both fun and affordable!

Boston Lobster Feast

The Boston Lobster Feast is an all-you-can-eat buffet of lobster, crab legs, king crab legs, shrimp, clam chowder, and more! There is also a salad bar.

When we saw the giant lobster car outside, we knew that this was a must-do for us in the Orlando area. We actually enjoyed our dinner experience with one surprising caveat—the lobster wasn’t actually our favorite thing on the buffet. It wasn’t bad—after all it is lobster, but definitely not the best lobster we have ever had.

We include it on the list, however, because, even in spite of that, it’s still all the lobster and seafood you care to eat.

The real story for us was the London broil! For some reason, that was especially delicious!

Oreganata

A family-owned Italian restaurant, Oreganata has been on International Drive for over 30 years. If you’re looking for an authentic Italian meal that’s been prepared with care and attention, this is the place to go. The menu includes a wide array of dishes like lasagna and rigatoni, along with plenty of seafood options like shrimp scampi or clams casino if you’re in the mood for something lighter, and of course, there’s plenty of pizza!

The all-you-can eat pasta bar was perhaps our favorite. To keep menu items from getting stale and unenjoyable or drying out under heat lamps, there is a restaurant employee stationed at this section. After you tell her which pasta, sauce, and toppings you would like, she mixes them together and warms them in a sauce pan in front of you. This ensures that each dish is fresh every time you return for more!

Cafe Maneiro Brazilian Steakhouse

Visiting a Brazilian steakhouse while on International Drive is a must. Consider Cafe Maneiro Brazilian Steakhouse. This restaurant serves steak and chicken, as well as sides of rice, beans, and fried bananas. They also have a salad bar with fruit and vegetables. To top it off they have churrasco which is Brazilian barbecue grilled over an open flame.

The restaurant has a lively atmosphere, and the waiters are very friendly, and they serve large portions and prices are reasonable.

Some other Brazilian steakhouse options on international drive include Rodizio Grill, Fogo de Chao, and Texas de Brazil. All great options for piles and piles of meat and those ever-so-coveted meat sweats!

CiCi’s Pizza

While this option is not incredibly unique to International Drive, there sadly seem to be fewer and fewer of them all the time, but we are glad to report that the ones on iDrive are still absolutely thriving! With over 600 locations across the country, CiCi’s Pizza is a chain restaurant that offers pizza and other Italian favorites. This is one of the best places to eat on International Drive because it’s affordable and has plenty of options for children.

The buffet at CiCi’s probably won’t blow your mind, but you can get unlimited pizza for a low price, and there are always other choices available too (like pasta). In addition to the typical pizza options, some interesting specialties include taco pizza, the buffalo chicken pizza, macaroni and cheese pizza, and more. Your bound to find something that you enjoy!

CONCLUSION:

We hope that you have a wonderful visit to International Drive, and we hope that some of these options will help you to navigate the seemingly endless restaurant options in the area!
